Refund policy

At SOGNI D'ORO, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Each item is custom-produced specifically for you.

No Returns on Custom Items Because every product is individually printed upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.

Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
